Well last week was supposed to be a test day on my bench press BUT I knew that I need tons of work so it was also going to be a day of figuring out more and more what I'm going to do over the next several months.

Bench Press
Add Shirt
365 x 2, 3 board
405 x 2, 2 board
430.5 x 1, 1 board
466 x 0 x 2 sets, PR Attempt
Reverse Average Bands
405 x 1
365 x 3
315 x 5
Raw
315 x 4
225 x 10

Finished off with some JM Presses and Chin Ups



I'd love to hear all your ideas on the direction that I should take my training for the next several months.
