I'm really starting to get that itch to pull a PR soon.
I've been waiting WEEKS for my meds to come in and with Summer right around the corner I'm really going to need them. I went last Summer without really using them and I suffered through a lot of nausea here and there as well. Last week they arrived and I cleared them through customs, freaking excited! I felt better, even if only mentally, all weekend!
Adamos was coming again, still working on fat loss and conditioning. Stathis is still coming back from being sick and some bicep issues but I knew he was going to have a good deadlift day when he just stopped talking to me all together.
Deadlift with 220 lbs bands 495 x 1 x 5 sets, 15 sec rest between
