Day 2 Week 9 - Full meet training

Bright and early today, check it out:

warmed up
A&C

Reverse Band Squats
Suit only (no wraps or briefs)
235 x 4
325 x 4
415 x 2 x 3 reps
Suit on (straps up)
505 x 3
595 x 3
685 x 3
755 x 3
735 x 3 sets x 2 reps

CG 3 board w/doubled Mini's
bar x 30
135 + bands x 5
185 + bands x 5
225 + bands x 5
255 + bands x 5
240 + bands x 2 sets x 4 reps

Deadlifts
*Raw + 180lbs chain
225 + chains x 4
315 + chains x 4
405 + chains x 4
405 + chains x 3 sets x 3 reps
*the first 405 needed to be 8rpe, 405 was about 7ish so adding 20lbs to get there felt silly, so instead of dropping off I just stayed there and did 3 sets. The third set was a grind. I was taking 1 minute rests only.
