Another Fun Sunday: Deadlift 821
Before anything else, all the guys training on Sunday kicked it up a big level. Every single guy set huge PRs and they brought some serious intensity.
Matt is quickly learning how to dig deep and get intense in the gym. As his technique improves his lifts are sky rocketing! Don't miss out on all of their awesomeness!
If your gym isn't setting PRs on every lift every single week...you aren't training correctly! Bring it guys!
My deadlift, I'm pretty happy about it. I guess maybe I do know a thing or two about keeping a big deadlift...not JUST peaking for a big pull. Just sayin... ;)
