5/18 Log Press

Legs and back were tired from Wednesday, not sore but definitely tired...

1) Log Clean and Press (Clean Once)

Up to 335x2, this event isn't coming along nearly as fast as I'd hoped and isn't on par with my axle yet, but I think the fact that it is always being done on tired legs from big Wednesday Dead/Squat sessions isn't helping it too much. My right shoulder was still a achey today but it wasn't too bad.

2) Press + Press +Jerk from Rack-285x5x3, 90 seconds b/t sets

3) Neutral Grip Chins-5x5 with 15#, BW x9

Getting a little better here but I still suck. 6 Month Goal here will be 5 reps with 50 pounds

4a) Reverse Band Closegrip Bench-315x15, 365x10, 365x8

4b) Curl Complex-3 sets of 5xHammer (1 up, 2 down tempo), 5xZottman, 5xReverse

These curls are aimed more at bicep/forearm/elbow health, rather than gun size

5) DB Flies-2x12
