Day 1 week 9 Sunday - All three VID

Last week, having to squat, bench and deadlift three times a week felt awesome. love this phase, but man do you feel it when you come back around. Here is today:

*Wore jack on jack today, wanted to give it one last go around before i committed on the gear for the meet. It worked fine, but my right leg went numb. Not sure what it is about poly suits but I just have never had luck with them.
