Day 2 Week 9 - Monday 6 a.m. - Main lifts

In Denver, Co already at an account. I have not had the best of days. I have not been at home much, and having to travel this week then flying straight to Columbus for LTTS has really upset my wife. I also have not made myself as flexible as I probably should with the discussion... Nothing I can do about it now, so I need to just make the best of it and deal with it when I get home.

Here is monday mornings session:

*ugh, didn't work out as well as I had hoped with this new suit. It's a size 50, and I normally wear a 48. Just a little tweaking will fix this.

Sumo Raw Deads w/180lbs
225 + chains x 3
315 + chains x 3
405 + chains x 3
475 + chains x 3
455 + chains x 3 sets x 2 reps

3 board CG Bench w/doubled mini's
135 + bands x 4
185 + bands x 4
225 + bands x 4
275 + bands x 4
265 + bands x 2 sets x 3 reps

POOOOOOOPED! Had to rush this before I needed to be at an account then airport. My head is spinning, I can't even remember what I ate yesterday.
