And im back it... Sunday DL

starting to find a routine again. Not quite settled in but im getting there. Gonna have to make some changes to my training but not sure how all thats gonna play out just yet. WHen I know, you'll know.

Sunday DL (instead of Monday)
DL- 4" block pulls- up to 675x1; 705x1; 725x1 miss hand started to tear; 725 x1 miss again- tore the rest of the way.
leg press- not heavy- like 500lbs for 5-6 sets of 15 paused in the hole
lat pulls- 3-4 sets of 12

This is a good sign. Whatever i pull from the 4" block i should be able to pull from the floor. Gotta strengthen my grip so i quit tearing my hands. gonna have to add in some double overhand stiff legs for reps or something to build it back up. Generally pleased, but i wanted that 725 today. Soon tho.
