5/30 Deadlift PR with Video

Left shoulder and knee were killing me last night and this morning from DB Press, so I was unsure how deadlifting would go.

I worked on a few technical things with Josh Bryant over the weekend at the LTT and am still basking in the deadlift glow of meeting Konstantin the other week.

1) Deadlift-Up to 750x2, this is by far the strongest my deadlift has ever felt. This was way faster and smoother than 730x2 was 2 weeks ago.



2) Deadlift-655x4 sets of 3 with 90 sec rest, these felt less than stellar

3) Axle Deadlift from 15"-550x12 reps in 1 minute, should have gotten 13 but my glutes were so shot I couldn't lock out the final rep

Called it a day here.
