Box Squat 792 x 3, May 24
I've been using my 5/3/1 Day of my box squat training as a non-PR day. I'm really not sure if this was a PR or not...but I'm pretty sure I've done more than 800 x 3 before, maybe 800 x 5. I held back and didn't want to go for a PR anyway.
I need sleep and rest...been working WAY too much lately...but I have some awesome clients that keep things freaking exciting!
Box Squats 621 x 5 702 x 3 892 x 3
Strap Bar Good Mornings 230 x 3 320 x 3 x 2 sets (different stances)
Speed Deadlifts 365 + 145 bands x 5 singles
Finished off with GHR, ABS, Triceps and Lats!
