Day 3 week 10 - Raw full meet work

CG Bench w/Doubled mini's

Deadlifts w/80lbs chain
135 + Chains x 3
225 + Chains x 3
315 + Chains x 3
405 + Chains x 3
455 + Chains x 2
455 + Chains x 3 sets x 1 reps
*My adductor was just destroyed today. This was not hard but it was painful.

Obviously this day represents secondary movements directly for the primary competitive movements. The target is where I feel my current weakness is. Besides the raw squats, the two others are for direct stimulus to those weak spots. Which for me is the lockout.
