As great as tuesday's squat/pull workout was, the after math was just as equally great. My mid back has been smashed since the end of that workout. Not in a bad way but just super tight and sore "in a good way". After I laid on the bench for 135 I knew this would be a quick one.

After this set I decided to do my assistance work heavy duty style. One warm up set and a all out set.
