Back was shot from Wednesday and I went into this session with low expectations...

1) Log Clean and Press (Clean once)-Up to 350x0

2) Log Press from Rack-285x4 sets of 3

3) Chinups-25 pounds 4x4

4) Chest Supported Row-15, 12, 10

5) Reverse Band Closegrip Press-315x15, 345x12, 375x10

Shoulders are hurting.
