Power Project: Jesse Burdick Fixes Sam Byrd

As everyone knows, Ive been working hard on fixing my mobility issues, or lack thereof. In this episode Jesse gives some movements to help increase wrist rotation for my underhand grip on the DL. My external rotation is so bad I have trouble rolling that hand over flat, which causes me to compromise my DL starting position. Ive also added a Movement from K-star's MobilityWOD.com that Ive been doing the last few days that has already seemed to help out.

Flat palm stretch at 3:40 is what ive added. Ive been doing the others already. I havent noticed much from the overhead band distraction like that though, Im guessing because I suck too bad right now to get my shoulder rotated far enough into position to hit where its supposed to.
