Bench and Squat Work
OK, so I've been having video camera issues for a while. Last night I went to get all the video off of my camera and it seems that my camera was basically blank.
So...no video of the awesome work I did in the gym last week so you will just have to take my word for it.
1) It was the most awesome thing that you could have imagined.
2) My beard looked especially strong on both days.
Bench Press with PVC under my arch
405 x 3 x 9 sets, 1 min rest between
455 x 2 x 2, 2 board
477 x 3 x 2 sets, 3 board, paused
45 x 25 reps x 4 sets
Finished with chins, GHR, triceps, and ABS.
Went to my niece' birthday party. My brother in law is also my dentist and knows that I flip out in the dentist chair. I have a tooth that has been bothering me for a long while and he did a root canal once before (7 injections didn't numb me) and he enjoyed it much more than I did. Pretty sure it has something to do with me having sex with his sister. A lot.
Long story short, he was supposed to pull my tooth on Monday but he had to cancel. Come Wednesday they bought pizza and I couldn't eat it because it hurt to bite down. When I asked him if I was able to pull out my own tooth, he and everyone else started laughing at me.
An hour later I was in the bathroom with my tooth in my hand. Then I ate pizza...and bourbon.

140 x 3 x 3 (heavy and light bands)
1 set each of GHR, Lats, ABS, and Triceps
Feeling really run down and it carried through Sunday...and today (Monday). Need sleep, food, and more sleep!
