The dumbell clean and press is now running away with the title of my least favorite event...

1) DB Clean and Press

Warmed up with 75, 125 and 175 for sets of 1-5 each hand.

200x0 Right, 2 Left
200x0 Right, 3 Left
200x0 Right, 3 Left

As you can see, my right sucks AND I'm right handed. My right side just can't seem to find a good groove about 175 pounds. The strength is there but my right side technique is all over the place.

150x10 with my right in 1 minute, this was so easy

2) Special Overhead Lockout Work

3) Scap Retraction/Depression Work-My right shoulder is bothering me quite a bit so I gotta take care of that.
