Day 2 Week 11 - Bench & Deadlift VID
The bench pressing today went horrific. Not sure what the hell was up, but my technique was suffering bad. See video for evidence.. I just sucked it up today, check it out:

Bench bar x 30 95 x 8 135 x 5 185 x 4 225 x 3 265 x 2 305 x 1 3 board - 405 x 1 2 board - 455 x 1 1 board - 500 x 1 chest - 515 x miss *couldn't touch chest - 500 x miss *couldn't touch *I always suck at touching in training. Not sure what the hell the deal is. Nothing hurt, nothing felt bad, I just didn't perform I guess.
Deadlifts 135 x 10 225 x 3 315 x 3 King Suit on 405 x 1 495 x 1 565 x 1 615 x 4 sets x 1 reps *This went fine, this was about 90% or rpe 8. Everything felt fine, it was a good session, form is ok, i need to dig my chest out and get it up more. Next week I'll give the jack deadlifter a go. I really liked it at the LTTS.
