Day 2 Week 11 - Bench & Deadlift VID

The bench pressing today went horrific. Not sure what the hell was up, but my technique was suffering bad. See video for evidence.. I just sucked it up today, check it out:

*I always suck at touching in training. Not sure what the hell the deal is. Nothing hurt, nothing felt bad, I just didn't perform I guess.

Deadlifts

King Suit on
405 x 1
495 x 1
565 x 1
615 x 4 sets x 1 reps
*This went fine, this was about 90% or rpe 8. Everything felt fine, it was a good session, form is ok, i need to dig my chest out and get it up more. Next week I'll give the jack deadlifter a go. I really liked it at the LTTS.
