Back from the beach and today was a deload day. I went to the Baltimore Zoo earlier today and had a nice family day. I walked for 3 hours straight and I didnt eat until 3. Thank god it was deload day. I started back loading today and Im starting out hardcore to get a jump on the fat loss.
I missed my squat deload but made up for it with a killer 4 person bicyle ride on tuesday. It was on the boardwalk and not easy. I had to pedal while my wife and kid steered. Fun but tough after the one hour mark. It was like a box on wheels.
Today I didnt do much but heres what I did.
135 for 5 sets of 10
Fat gripz floor press
135 for 5 3 sets
185 for 5 2 sets
Tricep bands push downs
3 sets of 20
Chins against mini band. The mini band was anchored by a dumbbell on the floor and around my neck.
2 moderate sets of 5.
DELOAD accomplished. Now Im 5 weeks out from the meet.
