6/10 Events

Headed up to Odd Haugen's for some events. My days there are aimed more at speed and technique than moving big weight. I alternate weekly between heavy and light yoke and farmers...

1) Giant DB Press-185x3x2 each hand, 185x6 in one minute

This was my first chance to use the type of dumbbell that is used in most competitions. It felt a lot more comfortable and didn't aggravate my shoulder. I was better with my right hand here, which hasn't been the case the last several weeks.

2) Farmers Walk-275x2x60', 310x2x60', was really having grip issues at 310 which isn't normal or good...

3) Yoke-650x1x60', 700x2x60', easy peezy, fast stuff

4) Stones-275x5 reps at 68", 350x2x3 at 48"

I'll have a video up tomorrow of all of this.
