Steppin Forward. Upper Training.

Shoulders today. Killed it. Finally getting back in the grove. Had to flip the switch and turn it on. My little daily Motivator struck a nerve the last 2 days so- Game time bitches- 14 weeks till the Raw504 Clash of the 220's, then 24 weeks till West Coast Open show down with Ben Seath (308).

40 min cardio this AM plus stretching

Afternoon:
Standing Strict OHP- 185x5; 205x5; 225x7 PR
Flat db bench- 110x10x4sets
dips- bodyweight- 25;20
some tri work supersetted with pullups- 10 reps each for 4 rounds
