Mid Shin Pin Pulls with Chains * Worked up to 315 using 305 reps. While still using 3-5 reps added 2 chains per set until I reached 10 chain per side for 3 reps. * The last set was with 315 and 10 chain per side for as many reps as I could do.
Pullovers * 3 sets 15 reps
