Squats: 5x5 at 420 (roughly 60% of my last heavy squat of 725) in 15 minutes.
Conv. DL: 3x6sets at 425 w/ 1 minute rest between sets (roughly 60% of last heavy pull at 675)
Hanging knee to elbows using fat gripz handle: 12x4sets
**Doing the hanging raises for grip work with the added benefit of some abs. Gonna be killin some deadlift training the next coming weeks.
AM stretching and mobility for hips, shoulders, and thoracic spine
Box Jump Test: 50 inches at 240lbs with room to spare. Just want to break gym record of 49.5. Ill retest when i get down to 225
