All work was easy.
Just tapering off now.
I have been eating good the last three or so days. My weight is staying steady now between 185-187. I plan to increase cals slightly over the next few days so saturday when I weigh in I'm hoping i'm at 190 or so. A little bloated and probably my heaviest ever in competition but I should take advantage of the circumstances.
