Really putting a lot of energy inot my DL these days trying to bring it up to par with my squat (Best belt only squat= 783/ best belt only DL= 675) This means I probably wont be squatting twice a week like Im used to doing. This may take some tweaking as I go along because im really starting to go through withdrawls not being able to get my front squats in on this day.
5" sumo block pulls- up to 675x3 smooth
Sumo DL from floor- 545 (80%of 675) x3x5sets. **last set was to rep failure at 7.
1 leg lunge on power squat- 1 plate x 15x3sets
hanging toes to bar w/ fat gripz- 8x3sets
pullups w/ fat gripz- 8x3sets
chest supported row- whatever was on there x 15x3sets
Good session today. Starting light and building momentum. Ill try for 5 reps w/ 675 next week and new rep max with 545 on last set from floor.
Probably do front squats and rack pulls the following week.
