Thursday

Am Cardio 40 minutes + stretch

PM
Warmup: 3 rounds of:
10 close grip pullups
15 pushups
25 bodyweight squats

Speed Bench, Close grip- (60%) 275x3x12sets w/ 1 minute rest between

Strict OHP- 185x5x3 sets; then 135x5x7 sets at the top of every minute (so about 45 seconds rest)

3 rounds of: (9:53)
10 close grip pullups
10 dips
15 chest supported rows
15 pushups



Friday
Am Cardio 40 minutes + stretch

PM
Warmup
3 rounds of:
10 cg pullups
15 pushups
25 bodyweight squats

Squat- 420x5x5 in 15 minutes
Conv DL- 405x3x9 sets

Stretch
