Monday Bench

Monday Bench- same as thursday

warmup- 3 rounbds of:
15 pushups
10 pullups
25 bodyweight squats

Close grip speed bench- 275x3x12 sets, 1 minute rest
Strict BB OHP- 185x5, 205x5x2sets; then 135x5x5sets 1minute rest bvetween

3 rounds for time in 6:27-
10 dips
10 pullups
15 pushups
15 chest supported rows

Stretch.

No AM cardio. May go hit an hour later this afternoon.
Friday weight was 231 in the afternnon
