Had a good one today even though I felt a little whooped from Fridays workout. Here's what I did...

Deadlifts
245x5
335x3
425x3
515x1
605x1
695x1
755x1
425x20(kicked my ass!)

Big Blue Band Leg Curls 3sets of 15

Standing Crunches 3sets of 20

Leg Raises 3sets of 20

Finished up with some neck work and hammer curls.
