training going well. i still hate the SSB other wise i had a pretty good week. circa max was hard but didn't kill me and my bench feel pretty good. had some acupunture and ART work done and it really helped. i'll be doing this every week or two till the meet.
work has been keeping me very busy. between new clients and the remodeling i have not had much time to aswer questions. hopfully things will slow soon and i'll have some more free time.
