Week 12 day 2 - Meet work

6am, up and at em today before having to catch a flight. I'm actually getting used to the early a.m. training. Check it out:

warmed up
A&C

Squats (high bar, narrow stance)
*still sucks, but didn't hurt my neck as much
bar x 10
145 x 5
235 x 5
325 x 3
375 x 3
415 x 3
385 x 4 sets x 3 reps

Bench w/doubled mini's
135 + Bands x 5
185 + Bands x 5
225 + Bands x 3
215 + Bands x 4 sets x 3 reps

Conventional Deadlifts
315 x 3
405 x 5 sets x 3 reps
*pussed out on these, was having to rush and legs were jell-o like from the squats. It doesn't look like much on here but this is challenging.
