505 missed. This would of been a 10lb pr. I locked out my left and my right lagged behind about 2''. I think I need some prescription strength vagisil for that tricep.

Chest Supported Rows 3sets of 5

Side Laterals 3sets of 15

Leg raises 3sets of 20

All in all, I was pissed at my lockout(or lack of) but I did have a good workout.
