Week 12 Day - BB

Hotel DB stuff to keep on routine, check it out:

Warmed up
A&C

DB lateral Raises
DB slight incline bench
DB Rows
DB Reverse Lunges
Pull-ups
DB Bulgarian Squats

3 sets x 15-20 reps on these. I kept going until I hit 20 or rpe 8.

The pull ups I managed 3 x 10 w/BW. I know, nothing special, for whatever reason, I'm weak on these.
