Week 12 day 5 - BB

BB work out with the wife today, first time in years we have lifted together. Well not together, but at the same place and time. Was cool actually. Check it out:

warmed up
A&C

BB lunges - 115lbs
Seated Rows - 100lbs
DB overhead press - 55lbs
DB External Rotation - 10lbs
DB Bent Rows - 70lbs
Hyper Extensions - 90lbs
DB Incline Press - 85lbs

3 total sets x 10 reps on everything
