Post meet recovery.
The day after the meet I went to the YMCA and did some contrast therapy.
5 minutes in Hot tub
5 minutes in the pool
I rotated this for 25 minutes.
I then sat in the sauna for 5 minutes followed by a long cold shower.
I then sat in the steam room for 5 minutes followed by another cold shower.
Then I jumped back in the pool for a few minutes.
This was a nice 45 minute relaxing day at the YMCA. The only thing that sucked about this was I dropped my towel in the hot bub when I first got there. I had to dry of with paper towells. Im going to take a deload week next week and then jump back in with a 4 week intro phase. This is basically a 531 cycle but with only reps prescribed.
