Week 11 Day 2 - Meet

Was out of town but was able to get to a decent gym with powerlifting type equipment.
felt weak though from the travel and work etc.. still did the work and got the efforts in, check it out:

warmed up
A&C

Squats (narrow, high bar)
bar x 20
145 x 5
235 x 5
325 x 3
385 x 3
415 x 2
385 x 4 sets x 2 reps

Bench w/90lbs chain
bar x 10
135 x 8
185 x 5
225 x 2
245 x 2
225 x 4 sets x 2 reps

Deadlifts (conventional)
225 x 5
315 x 3
405 x 2
455 x 4 sets x 2 reps

that's it! dead tired after this.
