Week 11 Day 3 - BB

did the BB stuff.. high sets today, drained the hell out of me, check it out:

warmed up
A&C

DB Floor press - 60lbs x 5 sets (rpe 8)
Pull ups - BW x 5 sets x (rpe 8)
Back extensions - 90lbs x 5 sets (rpe 8)
Overhead Press - 135lbs x 5 sets (rpe 8)
Lunges - 115lbs x 5 sets (rpe 7)
*these toast my back
Chest supported rows - 120lbs x 5 sets (rpe 8)
DB romanian DL's - 60lbs each hand x 5 sets (rpe 7)
*these also toast the crap out of my back

By this time, I was exhausted beyond point of continuing. I pushed through the last two exercises. 5 sets was just a lot of work with each exercise, specially at rpe 8. I basically kept doing reps until I hit an rpe 8. On the pull ups the last two sets were 5 and 6 reps. The overhead press i got 6 and 5 on the last two sets.

This was just felt a ton of stuff...
