Week 10 Day 2 - Squats (gear)

Another session I had to cram in the a.m. then head out to the airport. I was delayed and just now landed, as I eat, I figured I should get log in before I forget.... multi-tasking. LOl. A day in the life.

Anyways, did some squattage today. First time walking weights out in a long time. Didn't go as bad but definitely room for improvement. Solid work today, good volume, good weights for a starting point. Check it out:

145 x 5
235 x 3
325 x 3
1ply king v-type (straps down)
415 x 3
knee wraps
505 x 3
535 x 3
515 x 3

Just suit (straps down)
325 + 160lbs chain x 3
375 + 160lbs chain x 3
355 + 160lbs chain x 2 sets x 3 reps

Again, not sure what this looks like on paper. But I felt drained after this. A good drain though, not something I feel will ruin me for days to come.

I'll train Friday and saturday then Sunday we are finally moving the gym to a new bigger facility that I will not own. A huge mental, financial and psychological relief. Mental because I hate having to have my name tied to something that is being utilized in an unconventional manner. Financially should be obvious and psychological it drives me nuts sometimes. I have somewhat an OCD personality so walking in with dumbbells on the floor, piss bottles left there, trash on the floor, weights not put away etc... drives me nuts. time to a change.
