I really wanted a big Box Squat...somewhere over 800 lbs for high reps, something nutty.
Seems a sprained wrist and holding onto a squat just doesn't happen without being totally pissed off and talking to nobody...and it was Captain X's last day in the gym...so I had to enjoy what little I was able to do. Never even got my suit on...
Box Squats 410 x 1 500 x 1 590 x 1 (had to get pissed to get through it)
Strap Bar GM's it was throbbing at this point 230 x a few sets of 3
GHR and ABS 1 set of each, easy stuff ...felt GREAT when my hand was blow my head...
I went home pissed and it carried me through the entire next week... I'm going to have to do lots of GMs and Strap Bar work for a while to let my wrist heal.
