Week 9 Day 3 - BB

travel made things difficult this week, gym's were few and far.. got what I needed in though, check it out:

warmed up
A&C

BB Lunges (curl bar, felt weird being so thin)
95lbs x 2 x 8 reps
bent Rows
95lbs x 2 x 12 reps
Overhead press
95lbs x 2 x 8 reps
chin ups off a TV stand (glad it didn't crash down)
BW x 2 x 12 reps
BB 1-leg romanian deadlifts
95lbs x 2 x 8 reps

No dumbells just a small barbell rack and two cardio machines here.
