I have been out of town. While my training is getting done. I haven't had the time to keep my log updated. I will return to updating my log soon after I get back.
I have been training in a couple different commercial gyms and while the bars suck and some of the racks are the worst I have ever seen I really don't see where all the bitching comes from. I could see this as a major issue if I was training for a meet and needed to use a squat bar and monolift but that's not the case. While I have had to make some modifications here and there I have had great training sessions. I really don't notice the stupid shit people do because I know what I need to get done and only have so much time to do it.
Yesterday I did around 30 plus work sets for chest. Saturday I trained legs and did close to 30 work sets as well.
The rest of the week I will fit in all my other sessions and then be back on Saturday to train legs.
