Sunday Mobility work

Sunday’s training was a little rushed. My wife is away for the week and I had to get home and do my own laundry, go food shopping, prep all my food for today, cut the grass, clean the house etc. In other words all the domestic bullshit that everybody hates. Of course I dominated all this stuff in record time by doing a completely half-ass job so as to maximize my sitting in front of the fan and sleeping in my chair time.

Sunday mobility training:
Light snatches from the floor: 20 sets of 2

Front squats:
50kg x 8
70 x 8
90 x 5
100 x 5 x 3 (after 14 months post-op I can finally squat ATG and feel drive out of the bottom rather than pain)

TKE’s supersetted with light leg extensions: 4 sets

Front neck extensions: 5 sets
