Week 8 Day 2 - squats

unloading continues with a brain fart to add, check it out:

warmed up
A&C

Squats
bar x 10
145 x 2 x 5 reps
235 x 5
325 x 3
Suit on (straps down)
415 x 2
505 x 2
Knee wraps
595 x 2

Just suit bottoms
485 + 180lbs chain x 2 reps (RPE 10)
*was supposed to be rpe 9 but I brain farted and forgot completely what the previous week's work was up to.

After this, I just did some cooling down stuff and worked on ROM. Good week to unload, today I felt sort of crummy.
