DB CSR 3x12 120

push downs 3x failure

standing crunches 3x15 150

box jumps 5x5 worked up to 32"


DE squat
speed squat circa max week 2 4x2 blue, breen,pink 485

GHR 3x12 green band

shrugs 3x15 405

SL sit-ups 3x10 225

tweeked my lower back on my second set of squat, finished my workout and paid for it. i've seen the chiropractor 4times and the ART acupuncturist twice.

ME bench
2board press worked up to 560x1

DB ext 5x10 100

lat pull downs 3x15 185

standing crunches 3x15 80

back fucked up needed help putting on my shoes and socks. bench felt good, but tried to take it easy teh rest of the workout.

ME squat/DL
didn't do much back still pretty sore.

leg ext 3x12

leg curls 3x12

calfs 3x20
