Week 8 day 3 - WWD

Last nights session turned out to be awful. is it the beginning signs of burn out? DE-conditioned? not recovering? out of shape? poor health? Check it out:

warmed up
A&C

DB Shoulder press
30lbs x 20
60lbs x 4 x 8 reps
* my left shoulder is bothering me again. AC joint pain has returned. It really hurt yesterday.

Pull ups
BW x 4 x 8 reps

By this time, my heart was racing and my breathing was awful. It took way too long to recover.

Machine chest press (hammer strength)
4 x 8 reps x 180lbs

Seated Rows
4 x 8 reps x machine weight (can't remember)

At this point, I was beginning to feel clammy and cold. It's been typical lately, but this came on a lot sooner this time.

Back Extensions
90lbs x 4 x 8 reps

Felt like I was going to puke after this

Decline sit ups
bw x 2 x 15 reps

Had to stop and just lay on the floor.

I sat there for 20 minutes, got on the elliptical and took my HR, 138. I decided to just stroll on the elliptical until it dropped. Took 15 minutes for it to come down below 110.

What gives?
