back is doing much better. the chiropractor, ART and acupuncture have helped out a lot. only have a little bit a pain.

reverse green band press worked up to 575x1
strong had more in me, but didn't want to do any thing dumb. back is feel good and want to keep it that way.

DB clean & press 3x12 35

push downs 3xfailure

leg raises 3x15
