Week 6 Day 2 - extra stuff

Got into the healthy heart stuff today, check it out:

Warmed up (basically walked around the indoor track for a few laps)
A&C (the mobility stuff)

Elliptical 35minutes (avg. HR 126)
Shoulder rehab stuff
- DB Fly's - 4 x 10 x 20lbs
- Rear delt machine - 4 x 10 x 20lbs

Static stretch.
Pec tissue work

This needs to become prehab so I can quit doing this shit only because I'm in pain.
