Week 5 Day 1 - Bench & DL

Unload week, basically dropped about 8-12% off in intensity and volume from last week. Check it out:

Warmed up

My shirt developed a run, right on the chest plate seem, so I'm worried it'll blow any second now. I'll order a new one with a back up to be prepared and ready.

Snatch Grip Deadlifts
315 x 2 sets x 3 reps
405 x 3 reps
455 x 3 reps
430 x 2 reps


This was a very needed unload. My strength was not there today, but this should give me a nice rebound. I feel very good about this cycle so far, my squat numbers are down a bit but I'm not at all worried, I think in the end things will be where they should be. Landon, as always, is doing a very nice job with the programming. Very anxious to get out to the Olympia.
