Week 5 day 2 - squats

Unloading squats was timed perfectly. I was crawling into the gym this early A.M... Although, weights felt great, I just felt very very sluggish though..

Suit on
465 x 1
wraps on
565 x 1

Add 160lbs chains
435 x 2 reps
435 x 1 reps

Hung it up. perfect unload.
