WARMUP walk on treadmill for 30 min at 3.0 incline and 3.5 speed

Warmup: Agility Run Extra – Rig Stretches – TTB Practice & Pistols Clinic

1. Supposed to be: Box Squat to a 1Rep Max, but i just worked on stretcheing external rotators, hips and ankles while coaching my fiance and brother

2. “Watering Hole”
5 Rounds For Time in : 13:10
20 overhead squats w/ pvc (still working mobility so did these instead of 10 pistol squats)
15 Sit Ups w wallball
200 Meter Run
Rest 1 Min
repeat

COOLDOWN 45 minute walk around downtown at pretty good pace
