Just Not Going Right
Where to start? My left wrist is still sprained. I dislocated my left collar bone and apparently re-set it myself with the use of an EliteFTS.com Pro Short Average band, a baseball, and a concrete wall. Neither are healed completely and I've done everything that I know of to heal them.
I've had stomach issues. Basically tons of distention that I couldn't get rid of. Then...I did...a lot...FAST!
I've barely been able to train, haven't wanted to eat, nobody has been around to train with, etc...
My father was in the ICU twice and I can't get there to help.
Last week my dog (my little boy) was hit by a car in front of me. A 2.5 lb dog doesn't survive a car hit and I didn't think I was going to survive going through it. Still not sure, I miss my little boy.
Most every day I've woken straight up, grabbed my family and just headed to the beach. I've taken up kayaking and swimming, no joke. It darn near killed me on a Saturday and I nearly bought one on a Wednesday.
I've lost weight...LOTS of weight. Some from not training as well as I should. A lot from just never eating, being sick, and tons of cardio every single day.
Trained today...HORRIBLE! Horrible.
But tomorrow is the start of a brand new day. A new week. It's going to get better.
