Holday weekend bonanza
I don't think I have posted anything since last Friday. The gym was really packed for some reason and I only do my writing when I'm at the gym because I really don't have a computer at home, just an iPad. If you ever tried to write on an iPad you'll know why I don't even bother. Yesterday (Labor day) was insane in here, every man woman and child that is a member here all came in to train, we were only opened from 8:00 - 2:00 so it was all compressed into six hours of sweaty mayhem.
On another good note, a gym not far from us just closed it's doors so a few of their lifters were starting to come in and sign up. That's always a good sign. So I want to extend a big welcome to the people from Maxout Fitness in Exton PA, thanks for stopping in and I look forward to helping you all get stronger and maybe a bit more yoked up.
My training the last few days wasn't really much to write home about. Most just trying to rehab my shoulder by warming up, doing some mobility work and light lifting around it.
I have a new book i'm starting on now too. I'm not exactly sure which direction I'm going with this one yet. I have a few things gathered up but so far it's just kind of a random assortment of stuff.
